Certified Nursing Assistant Program covers basic nursing skills ranging from body functions and disease processes to the care of cognitively impaired patients. Students will provide all direct patient care supervised by a licensed nurse. Completion of the program enables the student to work in home healthcare settings, long-term care and assisted living facilities.
This program covers the OBRA requirement for nursing assistant training. Instruction is provided by Registered Nurses from highly respected institutions. Program completion is 4 weeks, 8 weeks, or 10 weeks. State of Georgia Approved Certification Examination is given at the end of the training.
